- Community Medical Clinic offers a sliding fee scale to help make quality healthcare affordable for everyone, regardless of income or insurance status. Discounts are based on family size and household income, following federal poverty guidelines. All patients are welcome to apply, and our staff is available to help you complete the simple application and review what documentation is needed.
